The owners appreciate fresh, healthy and creative cuisine. Most meals are served on the fantail where the table can seat four intimately and be expanded to serve ten comfortable. Alternatively, casual meals can be served on the top deck.
A fully equipped galley with a great view inspires the chef to take the time required for fine food. The galley equipment includes a six burner cook top, Viking convention oven, microwave, toasters and a bread maker. There is a separate beverage service area with glasses, liquor storage, ice maker, refrigerator and wine cooler in the forward salon. On the top deck is another full service beverage area.
